1. Role & Responsibilities:

• 3-Day Training Bootcamp:

Deep dive into our service offerings and value propositions

Telecalling best practices: scripts, objection handling, rapport building

CRM walkthrough: lead management, activity logging, pipeline tracking

• Lead Generation & Conversion:

Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads

Qualify prospects, schedule demos, and follow up to close sales

Maintain and update lead records accurately in the CRM

• Collaboration & Reporting:

Share feedback with marketing to refine messaging and targeting

Track KPIs (calls made, demos booked, conversions) and report weekly

Participate in team calls and trainings for continuous improvement

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
