Digital Marketing Intern (Meta Ads)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship role in Kolkata. As a Marketing Intern at Scaling Wolves, you'll dive deep into the world of data-driven growth marketing for D2C and e-commerce brands. If you're curious about what makes ads convert and want to learn how to scale brands profitably using paid media, this role offers the perfect training ground.

You’ll work with the strategy and media buying team to help optimize conversion-focused marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the planning and execution of full-funnel performance marketing strategies for D2C brands.
• Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
• Help create compelling ad creatives and copy, and support A/B testing efforts.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist in daily budget adjustments.
• Analyze key metrics like CPC. CPM, CTR, CAC, and ROAS to identify trends and areas for growth.
• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to brainstorm effective ad angles and hooks.
• Conduct competitor research and contribute to audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and stay updated with industry and platform changes.

Skills:

• Facebook Ads Manager (Basic Knowledge)
• Google Ads (Basic Knowledge)
• Analytical mindset with an understanding of metrics like CTR, ROAS, CPA
• MS Excel / Google Sheets (Basic Knowledge)
• Ability to work on multiple brand accounts simultaneously
• Detail-oriented and data-driven approach
• Strong attention to detail 
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
