Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies specific to consumer goods, brand promotion, and online sales growth. You will be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns to build brand awareness, engage consumers, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with overall brand and business goals.
  • Plan and execute paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Drive online brand visibility through SEO, SEM, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and grow the brand’s presence on social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.
  • Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to develop compelling marketing assets and campaigns.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI, engagement rate, etc.) and prepare detailed performance reports.
  • Work with e-commerce and retail partners to optimize digital promotions and product listings.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform campaign strategies.
  • Manage influencer marketing collaborations and digital partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns and social media for consumer brands.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital tools.
  • Ability to create and analyze marketing dashboards and performance reports.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
  • Understanding of consumer behavior and digital trends in the FMCG market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
