Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will be a key driver of the hackathon’s success. You’ll lead outreach initiatives to attract participants, onboard campus ambassadors, hire and coordinate other interns, and build sponsor relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals eager to build skills in marketing, community building, partnerships, and startup operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment of interns, campus ambassadors, and volunteers
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive registrations and awareness
• Research and outreach to potential sponsors and partners
• Manage participant onboarding and engagement strategies
• Collaborate with event organizers to coordinate marketing & outreach
• Track progress and provide regular updates to the leadership team

Ideal Candidate:

• Self-starter with a passion for growth hacking, marketing, and tech communities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience or interest in social media marketing and community building
• Comfortable managing teams and coordinating remotely
• Prior experience in event promotion, sponsorship outreach, or campus ambassador programs is a plus
• Enthusiasm for AI, technology, and startup culture
