1. **Digital Strategy:** Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure a competitive edge.

2. **Team Leadership:** Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing digital marketing team. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.

3. **Campaign Management:** Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including Quality Lead Generation, SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.

4. **Brand Visibility:** Enhance brand awareness and visibility across digital channels. Develop and maintain a strong online brand presence through strategic content creation, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.

5. **Data Analysis:** Utilize data-driven insights to measure and analyze the performance of digital campaigns. Optimize strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize ROI.

6. **Budget Management:** Develop and manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact and efficiency.

7. **Technology Integration:** Stay current with digital marketing tools and platforms. Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and overall digital capabilities.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in Digital Marketing are a plus.

- Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role, with a track record of successful campaign management and team leadership.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and emerging trends.

- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
