Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to drive quality leads and conversions.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Research audience behavior and trends to improve targeting and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the creative/content team to develop compelling ad creatives and posts.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in paid advertising and social media.

    • Requirements:

    • Minimum

      2 years of hands-on experience

      in managing Meta Ads campaigns and social media marketing.
    • Strong understanding of

      campaign structure, audience targeting, and performance optimization

      .
    • Experience in creating and managing budgets effectively.
    • Ability to use tools such as

      Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Google Analytics

      .
    • Good communication and analytical skills.

    • Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

    • Experience with Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
    • Basic knowledge of SEO.
    • Creative approach to content planning and engagement strategies.
