Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other social media platforms.
Manage and optimize paid ad performance to ensure maximum ROI.
Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop engaging creatives and ad copies.
Handle SEO and SEM activities, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools.
Execute email marketing and remarketing campaigns.
Manage social media pages – scheduling, engagement, and content consistency.
Support in influencer collaborations and content planning.
Stay updated with digital trends, algorithms, and competitor strategies.

Key Skills Required:

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
Knowledge of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR).
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Chowringhee, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
