About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to manage our WhatsApp and Ads marketing operations. The role involves planning and executing campaigns, nurturing patient leads, and ensuring high engagement and conversions for one of India’s leading hair transplant clinics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management
  • Plan, create, and execute WhatsApp campaigns for leads, consultations, testimonials, offers, and follow-ups.
  • Segment users (new, active, expired, cold leads) and send personalised communication.
  • Manage automation flows (welcome journeys, reminders, post-op care, renewal offers).
  • Content & Communication
  • Write engaging, patient-friendly copies for WhatsApp messages (text, images, videos, PDFs).
  • Coordinate with designers and script writers for multimedia content.
  • Ensure all communication follows brand tone and medical advertising guidelines.
  • Lead Nurturing & Retention
  • Respond to patient inquiries promptly with pre-approved scripts.
  • Follow up with patients to convert leads into consultations.
  • Share educational content (FAQs, hair care tips, myths vs facts) to build trust.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track key campaign metrics: open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates.
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance.
  • Suggest improvements in messaging, timing, and targeting to maximise ROI.
  • Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and doctor teams for campaign alignment.
  • Provide patient feedback to refine communication strategy.
  • Support customer service teams with standardised reply templates.

Eligibility / Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in WhatsApp Marketing, CRM, or Digital Marketing.
  • Healthcare/Clinic industry experience is a strong plus.
  • Skills: Copywriting, CRM tools (Interakt/Meta/Avyukta), Marketing Campaigns, Data Analytics, Automation, Client Interaction.
