Thrillark is a fast-growing travel discovery and booking platform that helps users discover and book attractions, tours, and experiences across destinations. We focus on performance-driven digital marketing to improve visibility, traffic, and conversions across marketplaces, paid media, and organic channels.


About the Role:


We’re hiring a Performance Marketer / Digital Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, organic growth, and paid media performance across Travel Discovery Platforms and Social Media.


This role is ideal for digital marketers who enjoy working on performance marketing, marketplace optimisation, conversion optimisation, and data-driven growth, rather than pure content posting or traditional SEO.


What You’ll Work On:


  • Drive performance marketing across Travel Discovery Platforms using both paid and organic strategies
  • Optimise product and experience listings for better organic visibility, ranking, and conversion
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns (Meta Ads / Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads)
  • Improve on-page optimisation: titles, descriptions, images, highlights, inclusions, FAQs
  • Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics such as impressions, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and bookings
  • Conduct creative testing, audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget optimisation
  • Identify gaps in funnel performance, discoverability, and customer acquisition
  • Support pricing optimisation and promotional strategies to improve competitiveness
  • Work closely with Product, Operations, and Partner teams to implement growth initiatives
  • Maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers


Who Should Apply:


  • 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing
  • Understanding of paid media and organic growth concepts
  • Hands-on exposure to Meta Ads / Paid Social is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in data analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with conversion optimisation and funnel thinking
  • Interest in travel marketing, marketplaces, or e-commerce platforms
  • Freshers with strong execution and analytical skills are welcome
