Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive /Sr. Executive Electric Vehicle (EV) Segment

  • Develop and implement

    comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored for the EV segment to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
  • Manage digital campaigns

    across multiple channels such as SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Optimize website and landing pages

    to improve user experience, engagement, and lead capture using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hot jar, etc.
  • Conduct market research

    to understand EV customer personas, preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams

    to align digital marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Create engaging and relevant content

    (blogs, videos, infographics, social posts) that educates customers about EV benefits, technology, and sustainability.
  • Manage and grow social media communities

    by responding to comments, moderating discussions, and running social contests.
  • Analyze campaign performance

    and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and EV industry developments

    to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors

    for specialized services such as paid media, influencer marketing, and PR.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in automotive, technology, or EV sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and derive insights.
  • Knowledge of EV technology, trends, and customer behavior is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Familiarity with video marketing and influencer outreach.
  • Passion for sustainability and clean energy.
