Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with at least 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate and other performance channels. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with WhatsApp marketing, emailers, lead generation, analytics, and campaign optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Monitor daily performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and ensure efficient budget utilization.

Collaborate with the design/content team to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages..

Implement and optimize lead generation funnels across multiple platforms.

Use tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, or other dashboards to monitor user behavior and campaign effectiveness.

Stay updated with the latest digital trends, algorithm changes, and ad platform updates.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, tech) for lead tracking, feedback, and campaign improvements.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing roles.

Strong command over Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign creation and optimization.

Additional Experience in App Campaigns, WhatsApp marketing tools, email automation, and lead nurturing workflows.

Proficient in tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Excel, Looker Studio, etc.

Solid understanding of targeting, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies.

Ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
