Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and must possess basic design and video editing skills. You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, engaging target audiences, and supporting our marketing strategies through visual and multimedia content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create engaging content (visual and textual) for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Design marketing materials such as social media posts, banners, and email templates using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Perform basic video editing for social media, ads, and promotional content using tools like CapCut.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Assist with SEO/SEM strategies to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Collaborate with other team members (content writers, designers, sales) to execute brand-aligned campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, design, and video content creation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Basic video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

  • Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Experience with influencer marketing or paid social ads.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
