About the Role

Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
, and other platforms.
Manage international campaigns ensuring correct geo-targeting, budgeting, and cultural nuances.
Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using
Google Analytics
and other tracking tools.
Optimize campaigns for conversions, CTR, CPC, and ROAS while maintaining brand guidelines.
Stay updated with the latest trends in paid marketing and bring innovative ideas to the team.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2–3 years of proven experience
in managing
paid digital marketing campaigns
.
Must have
hands-on experience working with international clients
.
Proficiency in
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics
(certifications are a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
Experience with other paid platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads) will be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
