Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to lead and manage all aspects of our digital presence and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running ad campaigns, conducting market research, designing promotional content, managing social media, maintaining and updating our website, and creating short-form video content for brand promotions. Key Responsibilities:             Digital Branding: Plan, execute, and monitor ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin  and other platforms.              Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies. Use insights to suggest improvements and strategic shifts.             Campaign Management: Develop and run targeted marketing campaigns. Track and report on campaign performance and ROI. Social Media Handling: Create and schedule posts across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Engage with the community, respond to messages and comments.                           Creative Design: Design posters, banners, brochures, and digital creatives. Create short-form and engaging video content for reels and digital promotions. Website Management: Make content updates, layout changes, and basic maintenance to the website. Contribute to SEO and content strategy for the website. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or similar role. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media campaign tools. Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies. Good eye for design and video content creation. Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills. Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms, and social media advertising. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
