Digital Marketing Executive (Performance Marketing)

We are looking for a skilled and driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that drive sales, traffic, and measurable growth for our online store.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize e-commerce performance campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and other relevant platforms.

Manage end-to-end performance marketing funnels—from audience targeting to conversion optimization.

Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other analytical tools.

Conduct A/B testing and optimize creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to maximize ROI.

Monitor daily budgets, KPIs, and revenue metrics with strong attention to detail.

Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or performance advertising.

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and other e-commerce marketing tools.

Proven experience managing ROAS-driven campaigns for online stores.

Good understanding of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into strategy.

Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

Experience with email automation tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.

Knowledge of marketplace ads (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra).
