Job Description – Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist Position Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive/Specialist to plan, implement, and manage our online marketing campaigns. The role requires expertise in SEO, social media, paid ads, and lead generation to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. SEO & Website Management Optimize website for better Google ranking through on-page & off-page SEO and technical SEO  Perform keyword research, backlinking, and site audits. Monitor website performance with Google Analytics and Search Console. 2. Social Media Marketing Manage company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. Create engaging posts, reels, and stories to increase reach & followers. Plan and execute paid ad campaigns for lead generation. 3. Search Engine Marketing (SEM/PPC) Manage Google Ads, Display Ads, and remarketing campaigns. Optimize ad spend to achieve maximum ROI and low CPL (Cost Per Lead). 4. Content Marketing Work with content writers & designers to create blogs, creatives, videos, and emailers. Ensure content aligns with brand identity and audience interest. 5. Email & WhatsApp Marketing Run targeted email & WhatsApp campaigns to nurture leads. Track campaign effectiveness (open rates, CTR, conversions). 6. Analytics & Reporting Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports. Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights. 7. Brand Building & Online Reputation Enhance online presence with creative campaigns. Manage reviews, ratings, and customer engagement across platforms. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (fresher with strong skills can also apply). Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, and lead generation campaigns. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and Search Console. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar. Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
