Digital Marketing Executive

Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Digital Head to lead our digital initiatives and manage a talented team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven leadership ability, and a solid background in digital marketing with prior experience in an advertising or marketing agency. This role requires a creative yet data-driven professional who can craft innovative strategies, oversee campaigns, and ensure measurable results that drive business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the digital marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, content, display, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and client servicing teams to deliver 360° marketing solutions.
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics to optimize ROI.
• Stay updated on the latest digital tools, trends, and technologies to keep campaigns innovative.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and delivering campaigns on time and within budget.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and performance excellence within the team.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an advertising/marketing agency.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide, coach, and motivate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of digital platforms, campaign management, analytics tools, and emerging trends.
• Proven track record in managing integrated campaigns with measurable success.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Ability to balance creativity with analytical decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar digital marketing platforms.
• Experience in handling cross-functional teams and multiple client accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Digital marketing: 4 years (Preferred)
• PPC Campaign Management: 4 years (Preferred)
