We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in lead generation and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to strengthen our online presence and client acquisition strategy. Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Drive lead generation campaigns to attract and convert potential clients. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and conversion rates. Create ad copies, creatives, and targeting strategies to maximize outreach. Conduct competitor and market research to improve campaign efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to align digital strategies with business goals. Maintain reports and dashboards to track campaign performance. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, and Meta Ads. Strong knowledge of ad campaign setup, A/B testing, and analytics. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM tools. Good understanding of SEO/SEM is a plus.
