Responsibilities

• Proficient in design and video editing tools such as

  Canva

  ,

  CapCut

  , and Instagram editing features
• Skilled at creating

  short-form video content

  , including reels, stories, and infographics tailored for social media.
• Can write

  engaging copy independently

  without full reliance on AI tools
• Comfortable using AI tools like

  Gamma

  and

  Midjourney

  as assistants, not crutches
• Able to produce both

  short-form content

  (e.g., captions for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and

  long-form content

  (e.g., blogs, listicles, articles, newsletters)
• Capable of

  running Google Ads campaigns independently

  through Google Ads Manager
• Familiar with

  Meta Business Suite

  (added advantage) for managing Facebook and Instagram ads
• Responsible for

  internal and external communication

  , ensuring clarity, consistency, and brand alignment
• Eager to

  learn and grow in a collaborative environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Experience with business to customer social media and content generation
• Strong creative and analytical skills
