Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and help us manage and grow our clients’ digital presence. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and paid campaigns. You'll need to have a working knowledge of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics. This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, working closely with designers, copywriters, and other creatives to deliver results-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing tailored social media strategies for clients.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
• Support the management of paid campaigns on Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on optimisation for engagement and conversions.
• Monitor and analyse social media performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other platform insights.
• Assist in preparing performance reports for clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new features, and best practices.
• Collaborate with our internal creative team to produce impactful campaigns.
• Help manage social media content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all assets.
• Assist with tracking campaign budgets and reporting on ROI.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 1+ years of proven experience in social media management or a similar digital marketing role.
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
• Familiarity with social media KPIs, analytics, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A creative and detail-orientated mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A strong team player who enjoys working with creative professionals.
