Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Optimize website and content for SEO and SEM to improve rankings and traffic.
Manage and grow social media presence by developing engaging content strategies.
Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Manager, etc.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to refine strategies.
Work with designers and content creators to deliver high-quality creatives.
Manage paid campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Collaborate with internal teams to align digital strategies with business objectives.
Maintain the company website – content updates, landing pages, and optimization.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and Social Media Advertising.
Proficiency in tools like Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot (optional), and marketing automation platforms.
Knowledge of performance marketing, lead funnels, and digital conversion strategies.
Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
Experience in the real estate or B2C segment is a plus.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) are preferred.
