Role: Digital Marketing Executive (only Female)
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strategy & Execution: Plan, implement, and monitor social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Creative Designing: Design eye-catching creatives, posts, and reels using Canva or similar tools.
Paid Ad Campaigns: Run and optimize paid campaigns for lead generation and brand growth.
Analytics & Reporting: Track performance, analyze results, and suggest improvements.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years in social media management or digital marketing
Skills:
Strong fluency in English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of social media algorithms, Ads, analytics tools, and ad platforms
Basic graphic design skills using Canva or equivalent
Attitude: Creative mindset, proactive approach, and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred: Presentable female candidates with good interpersonal skills
