Job Overview

FACTOR M, a leading advertising and branding agency based in Ernakulam, is looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive online engagement for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other social media platforms
• Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing activities.
• Analyze campaign performance and generate performance reports using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Coordinate with creative teams for content creation and ad assets.
• Identify new trends in digital marketing and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Monitor and improve client KPIs such as CTR, engagement rate, and conversion rate.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing tools.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and email platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Excel/Sheets.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
