Job Overview

FACTOR M, a well-established advertising and branding agency based on Ernakulam, is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Marketing Executive (Client Servicing) to strengthen our client relationships and drive new business opportunities. The role involves managing existing client accounts, generating new leads, and ensuring smooth execution of advertising and branding services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential corporate clients to generate new business for the agency.
• Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Act as a bridge between the client and the creative team, clearly conveying client needs and ensuring timely deliverables.
• Proactively handle and resolve client concerns or service-related issues.
• Contribute to strategic planning and pitching for new projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure a focused and organized approach to meeting business targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, client servicing, or a related role in the advertising/branding/PR industry preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for advertising may also apply.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and a desire to grow with the company.
• Willingness to travel as per client requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
