Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing , SEO , and content writing . You will help drive our brand visibility, organic traffic, and engagement across digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Marketing Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) Monitor and grow community engagement Track performance metrics and optimize content accordingly Collaborate with the design team for creatives and videos Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis Optimize website pages, blog content, and landing pages for SEO Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities (including backlink outreach) Track rankings and organic performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush Content Writing & Marketing Write high-quality blog posts, social media captions, email newsletters, and ad copy Create SEO-driven content plans in collaboration with the marketing team Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and tone Support lead generation campaigns with content assets (eBooks, case studies, etc.) Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing Hands-on knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Buffer/Hootsuite, WordPress, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ubersuggest) Strong communication and copywriting skills Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights Basic understanding of paid marketing (Google Ads or Meta Ads) is a bonus What We Offer: Collaborative, fast-paced environment Opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and grow quickly Flexible work timings and hybrid/remote options Learning support and access to digital marketing tools Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
