Job Title: Digital Marketing Trainer & Course Coordinator Experience: 1–3 Years Location: Thiruvananthapuram Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Trainer who can not only deliver high-quality training in digital marketing but also manage and coordinate all study-related activities such as course scheduling, content planning, student support, and assessments. This role is ideal for someone who loves teaching, is socially active, and can organize learning in a structured, engaging way. Key Responsibilities: Training & Delivery Teach and explain core Digital Marketing concepts: SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Analytics, etc. Deliver live training sessions (online/offline) and support recorded module creation. Conduct quizzes, assignments, and interactive sessions. Study Material & Curriculum Management Plan and organize course modules and weekly learning plans. Develop and update training content such as PPTs, workbooks, guides, and assessments. Maintain a central repository of learning resources for students. Course Coordination & Student Engagement Track student progress, attendance, and performance. Conduct student onboarding and regular check-ins. Address doubts, provide mentoring, and support practical project work. Video & Presentation Content Record training videos, explainers, and tutorials. Assist in producing reels and micro-content for Instagram, YouTube, etc. Content Creation Write blog posts, summaries, tips, and updates to support learning. Create and share engaging content on social platforms related to digital marketing trends. Required Skills: 1–3 years of digital marketing experience (with hands-on skills in SEO, SMM, and content writing) Strong communication and teaching/presentation skills Enthusiastic about social media and digital trends Ability to manage course content, documentation, and scheduling Good organizational and time-management skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
