Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to FMCG audiences, including social media, influencer outreach, and content marketing Lead social media planning and management across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others Create, edit, and publish high-quality video content for social media, ads, reels, product demos, and brand storytelling Enhance brand visibility and recall through creative campaigns, product storytelling, and consistent digital presence Monitor social media reach, engagement, and follower growth; optimize based on trends and analytics Collaborate with graphic designers and content writers to produce engaging, brand-consistent assets Manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and optimize performance using campaign metrics Analyze data using tools such as Google Analytics, native social platform insights, and reporting dashboards to improve performance Track competitor activity and stay current with FMCG marketing trends and consumer behavior
