Digital Marketing Executive

We serve architects, builders, and homeowners who value clarity, precision, and premium experiences. We’re now looking for a sharp digital marketer to help us take this promise to market.

We're seeking a hands-on digital marketer to own and accelerate our campaigns, lead generation, and brand visibility. This role blends performance marketing + content coordination + CRM engagement — ideal for someone who thrives in execution and wants to grow fast.

1.      1. Lead Generation & Funnels

- Set up and manage Meta + Google Ads campaigns (architects, builders, HNIs)

- Monitor cost-per-lead and optimise targeting and creatives

- Coordinate with designer for landing pages and WhatsApp flows

2.      2. Campaign Execution

- Run ongoing outreach campaigns

- Create and maintain email + WhatsApp drip flows via CRM

- Ensure weekly message triggers via automation or team workflows

3.      3. Social Media Management

- Plan and publish content on Instagram + LinkedIn

- Track engagement and build follower base among our target segments

- Own Deltra’s digital voice (in collaboration with leadership)

4.      4. CRM & Performance Reporting

- Track inbound leads, sources, and ROI

- Maintain dashboards with weekly performance reports

- Coordinate with sales team to track lead follow-ups and conversions

- Have 2–4 years experience in digital marketing / performance / CRM

- Have worked with real estate, home interiors, architecture, or D2C brands

- Are hands-on with Meta/Google Ads, Mailchimp/Zoho/Hubspot, basic Canva

- Think in campaigns, not just posts

- Have excellent written skills and design coordination instinct

- Are outcome-driven, fast-paced, and aligned to a premium brand mindset
