We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: 406–407, P.P. Towers, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi – 110034
Salary: Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 25,000 per monthExperience: 2–3 YearsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn
• Implement complete SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, and content-based SEO
• Track campaign performance, measure ROI, and prepare regular performance reports
• Use CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platforms, and algorithm changes

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid campaigns, and performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting
• Working knowledge of HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce for automation and CRM

Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable strategies

• Basic design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma will be an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Creative mindset with strong content ideation ability
