Job Description

Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising)
Manage and maintain the company’s website, ensuring SEO optimization and content relevance
Plan and monitor ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, product) to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
Proven working experience in digital marketing (1–2 years preferred)
Hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, email campaigns, and web analytics
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
