We are looking for Patent Analyst to join our CENTRiiK search team in Noida.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patentability searches, validity and invalidity, FTO, Landscape and analyses to assess the viability of new inventions.
• Draft and prosecute patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and other jurisdiction patent law.
• Proficiency in utilizing patent and non-patent literature (NPL) search databases. E.g Orbit Questel
• Proficient in MS office.
• Manage and maintain patent portfolios for clients, including docketing, deadlines, and correspondence with patent offices.
Experience required: 6 months to 1 year
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical and Communication
