Key responsibilities

Strategy and planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote hospital services, consultants, and health packages.
Content creation:
Create and manage digital content, including social media posts, doctor profiles, patient awareness videos, website content, and infographics, in coordination with consultants and departments.
Online platform management:
Oversee the hospital's website, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and the hospital's Google My Business profile, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
Campaign management:
Plan, run, and monitor digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads, and manage SEO/SEM activities.
Performance analysis:
Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and activities, providing regular reports on metrics like website traffic, leads, and engagement.
Reputation management:
Manage online reviews and maintain a positive hospital reputation across all digital channels.
Collaboration:
Work closely with medical and administrative teams to ensure messaging is consistent and to identify new marketing opportunities.
Budget management:
Prepare and manage the marketing budget and track the return on investment (ROI) for campaigns.
Market research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, patient needs, and opportunities for growth.
