Location: Pune (On-site) Experience: Minimum 6 month experience (Digital Marketing Agency experience mandatory) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills & performance) 🔍 Job Overview BDigitaU Digital Solutions is looking for a creative, responsible, and client-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive who can manage social media accounts for multiple brands and confidently communicate with clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands agency workflows and can convert ideas into performance-driven content strategies. 🎯 Key Responsibilities * Plan and execute social media strategies for client brands * Create content calendars and content ideas (posts, reels, stories) * Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned captions * Coordinate with in-house graphic designers and video editors * Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) * Handle client communication: updates, approvals, feedback, and coordination * Share content plans and monthly performance summaries with clients * Monitor engagement, comments, DMs, and brand reputation * Support Meta Ads teams with content and creative inputs * Stay updated with trends, formats, and platform algorithm changes ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications * Minimum 1 year experience in a digital marketing agency * Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and LinkedIn marketing * Excellent client communication skills (verbal & written) * Creative thinking with strategic mindset * Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously * Experience with Meta Business Suite & basic analytics * Strong ownership, accountability, and time management skills 📊 KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) * The candidate’s performance will be evaluated on: * Content planning & on-time delivery * Quality of captions and content ideas * Client satisfaction & communication quality * Engagement growth (likes, comments, saves, shares) * Ad creative support effectiveness * Monthly reporting accuracy & consistency * Ability to handle feedback professionally * Retention & smooth management of assigned client accounts
