Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will specialize in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, possess strong creative design skills, and have the ability to craft compelling content aligned with our brand and educational products. This role is crucial in driving user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness for our EdTech platform. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads): Plan, execute, and optimize high-performance ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google platforms (Search, Display, YouTube). Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking. Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and reduce CAC. Stay up to date with platform updates, ad formats, and algorithm changes. 2. Creative Design: Collaborate with the design team or independently create visually appealing creatives, banners, and ad assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator. Ensure all creatives align with the brand’s tone, messaging, and target audience preferences. 3. Content Writing & Strategy: Develop engaging and SEO-optimized content for landing pages, email campaigns, ad copies, blogs, and social media. Work closely with the academic and product teams to craft messaging that resonates with students, educators, and parents. Maintain consistency in tone and language across all digital channels. 4. Social Media & Community Engagement (Optional Add-On): Assist in managing social media handles for community growth and brand engagement. Respond to queries and part icipate in discussions across platforms.
