Job Description

We are seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in paid advertising, SEO, and social media management. The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking with strong execution and analytical skills to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand growth.
Manage end-to-end social media activitiescuration, scheduling, and optimization of content to boost engagement and brand authority.
Lead SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies to improve organic ranking.
Drive qualified traffic using organic and paid channels, leveraging growth hacks and audience insights.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages to enhance ROI and user experience.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Tag Manager, etc.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to deliver high-performing campaigns.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Graduate in any relevant field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and Google Analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of online marketing channels and strategies.
Basic content creation skills (e. g., Canva, copywriting).
