Digital Marketing & Data Analytics Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Insights & Tech Associate to join our team! If you're passionate about data, technology, and optimizing digital experiences, this role is perfect for you. You’ll work on website analytics, technical projects, and digital performance tracking to drive insights and improvements. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Track, analyze, and report website and digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking platforms. 

- Identify trends, user behavior patterns, and areas for website optimization. 

- Collaborate with developers to ensure proper data collection and website performance. 

- Assist with website updates, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing new features. 

- Work on integrations between different digital tools and platforms. 

- Support marketing, product, and tech teams with data-driven insights. 

- Stay updated on digital analytics trends and best practices. 

- Help automate reports and streamline data processes. 

Requirements:

- A degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field (or relevant experience). 

- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms. 

- Basic understanding of web technologies and tracking implementation. 

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
