Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) – Performance Marketing Expert1. Strategy & Planning Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads. Create tailored ad funnels for e-commerce and lead generation Plan campaign budgets and allocate spends to maximize ROI. 2. Campaign Management  Set up, manage, and optimize Meta ads and Google Shopping ads for driving product sales and for lead generation. Create remarketing campaigns to target cart abandoners and past visitors. Monitor performance of sale ads and continuously improve CTR, CPC, and ROAS. Optimize cost per lead (CPL) and ensure quality leads are generated. 4. Analytics & Reporting Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance against KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate). Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations. Use data-driven insights to suggest creative and targeting improvements. 5. Collaboration & Creative Input Work with the design/content team to create compelling ad creatives and copy. A/B test different creatives, ad formats, and landing pages for maximum results. Stay updated with the latest Meta & Google Ads policies, trends, and best practices. 6. Continuous Optimization Regularly refine targeting, bidding, and campaign structure to maximize results. Ensure campaigns align with overall brand goals and seasonal sale cycles. Experiment with new campaign types (e.g., Advantage+ Shopping, Performance Max) for growth. Campaign Management – Tickle Wickle Parties (Lead Generation)Set up and optimize Meta Lead Ads & Google Search/Display Ads for lead generation. Implement audience targeting strategies to reach parents within the relevant location & interest groups. Optimize cost per lead (CPL) and ensure quality leads are generated.4. Analytics & Reporting Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance against KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate).Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
