We are a Wellness & Ayurveda organization offering holistic healing, Panchakarma/detox programs, and doctor-guided therapies. We serve domestic and international guests seeking natural health solutions.
What You’ll Own
Digital Growth
• Lead Google Ads & Meta Ads for high-quality lead gen (consultations, detox programs, products)
• Drive SEO & content: service pages, blogs, YouTube/shorts, email
• Build funnels: Awareness → Interest → Leads → Bookings/Purchases
• Set up landing pages, GA4 tracking, WhatsApp/email automation
Business Development & Brand Building
• Create go-to-market plans for new programs (e.g., stress/burnout, joint care, metabolic balance)
• Build partnerships with corporates, travel/medical tourism partners, wellness communities, influencers
• Own brand strategy: positioning, messaging, visual consistency, PR, awards, events
• Identify new revenue channels (B2B tie-ups, retreats, workshops, e-commerce) and deliver monthly pipeline
• Manage CRM discipline: lead quality, conversion playbooks, follow-ups, feedback loops with clinical team
What You’ve Done (Must-Haves)
• 7+ years in digital marketing and business development/brand building (wellness/health/Ayurveda/yoga preferred)
• Proven results in lead gen + ROI (Google/Meta), SEO growth, and brand campaigns
• Closed B2B/B2C partnerships; built repeatable sales playbooks
• Strong storytelling, copy, and executive-level communication
• Tools: GA4, Search Console, Ads Manager, CRM, WhatsApp flows, Canva; WordPress/Shopify a plus
Success Metrics (Your KPIs)
• Qualified leads & CPL/CPA by channel
• Bookings/conversions from campaigns & funnels
• Growth in organic traffic, keyword rankings, and branded search
• Partnership pipeline: signed MOUs, referral volume, revenue contribution
• Brand reach: mentions, PR placements, influencer collabs, event ROI
