Role Overview We are seeking a marketing professional with 5 years of experience in FMCG/brand marketing , including at least 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience , with a strong focus on ecommerce marketplaces . The role requires direct ownership of performance on Amazon and Flipkart , with D2C and social media playing a secondary (but strategic) role. Key Responsibilities Marketplace Ownership - Amazon & Flipkart (Primary Focus) Own revenue performance, traffic, and conversion metrics on Amazon and Flipkart Manage and optimize product listings: titles, descriptions, images, A+ content, backend keywords Plan and execute sponsored ads, Lightning Deals, Coupons, and seasonal promotions Use tools and dashboards to monitor performance KPIs: CTR, CVR, RoAS, BSR, page ranking Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure stock availability and offer execution Track and analyze consumer trends, competitor activity, and category insights Secondary Responsibilities - D2C & Brand Visibility Support SEO and content efforts for the Diabliss website (Shopify) Assist with Instagram, Facebook , and email marketing initiatives to build long-term brand equity Collaborate on new product launches with digital-first rollouts What We are Looking For 5 years of total FMCG/brand marketing experience , with at least 2 years in hands-on digital marketing Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Portal Proven experience managing digital sales performance, not limited to just ad operations or IT-driven PPC/SEO campaigns Ability to think like a brand marketer and act like a performance marketer Comfortable with analytics tools (Amazon Brand Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) FMCG/wellness/D2C experience preferred Important: This role is not suitable for IT professionals or candidates whose experience is limited to technical ad operations, PPC management, or SEO without FMCG marketing exposure Bonus Skills (Preferred, not mandatory) Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp , or similar tools Familiarity with Shopify , Klaviyo/Mailchimp, and basic email automation Exposure to influencer or affiliate marketing strategies Why Diabliss?
