We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to join our growing marketing team. If you’re passionate about driving performance through digital channels, love diving into ad metrics, and know how to optimize websites and campaigns for conversions, this is the role for you! You’ll play a key role in managing our online presence, running paid campaigns, and driving measurable growth for our brand. Job Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads Conduct comprehensive SEO and Local SEO audits and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility Manage and update WordPress websites, ensuring they are optimized for speed, SEO, and user experience Implement and manage Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies to increase engagement, followers, and reach across platforms Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite Collaborate with content and design teams to develop ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional materials Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective Skills Required: Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video campaigns) Strong understanding of SEO principles , including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Experience with Local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimization and citation building Working knowledge of WordPress for content management and basic website updates Solid grasp of Social Media Optimization (SMO) and platform-specific strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics , Google Search Console, and Meta Business tools Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: Facebook Advertising: 1 year (Preferred) Google Ads: 1 year (Preferred) PPC Campaign Management: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
