About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Expert to manage and enhance our company’s online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation, while aligning with the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (posts, graphics, videos, stories, etc.).
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to optimize performance.
• Analyze insights and metrics to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Engage with the online community, respond to queries, and maintain a positive brand image.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns for targeted growth and business leads.
• Prepare monthly reports on performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3–5 years) as a Social Media Specialist/Expert.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to think strategically.
• Graphic design and basic video editing skills will be an added advantage.
