We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Analyst to become an integral part of our team comprising seasoned Digital Marketers who are adept at driving digital strategies and achieving impactful results. Responsibilities: Managing all current & future social media platforms. Design campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads across various channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google. Conduct thorough research on our target demographic, gathering and analyzing data on online behaviors. Enhance campaigns to achieve optimal performance outcomes. Suggest and implement A/B testing methodologies. Initiate remarketing campaigns and explore diverse strategies for enhancement. Formulate and execute marketing strategies that boost sales and enhance customer engagement. Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and uniformity across all campaigns. Implement SEO practices to improve website rankings in search engine results Engage in activities such as link building and participating in community interactions. Provide updates and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, including key performance indicators. Create innovative and engaging social media strategies. Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook insights etc. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Paid Social Media, with expertise in Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads, as well as SEO. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, statistics, or a related field is required. Strong analytical abilities to extract insights that enhance marketing strategies. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to use it effectively for reports In-depth knowledge and skills in SEO, SEM, and SMM are essential. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a bonus. Interest in evolving digital marketing trends Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. Experience using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
