Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our IT clients. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring the successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns and driving client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for IT clients, including Google Ads, PPC, and social media advertising. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring client needs and expectations are met. Develop strategic marketing plans tailored to IT client goals and industry trends. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize results. Prepare and present regular reports and updates to clients. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional digital marketing services. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to deliver high-quality campaigns. Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and IT industry developments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience managing digital marketing accounts, preferably in the IT sector. Strong understanding of Google Ads, PPC, and other digital advertising platforms. Excellent communication, client management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze campaign data and provide strategic recommendations. Experience using CRM and project management tools. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Preferred Skills: Certifications in Google Ads or related digital marketing platforms.
