What You’ll Do

Senior Digital Marketer

This is not a “just run ads” role. You’ll think strategy, execute fast, and help shape how the brand grows digitally.

• Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
• Own lead generation and work closely with sales to improve lead quality & conversions
• Coordinate with content, design, and video teams to ship high-performing creatives
• Support and guide junior marketers while staying execution-focused yourself
• Build strong brand visibility through a mix of performance + organic content
• Track performance, optimize funnels, and focus on what actually moves revenue
• Experiment with AI tools, automation, and new growth ideas

You’re a Fit If You…

• Have 3–6 years of solid experience in digital marketing (EdTech preferred, but not mandatory)
• Have hands-on experience scaling Meta & Google campaigns
• Understand funnels, landing pages, creatives, and lead intent deeply
• Can balance strategy with execution — you plan and you do
• Are comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and insights
• Enjoy ownership and thrive in fast-moving startup environments

• Experience with CRM tools, automation workflows, or WhatsApp funnels
• Exposure to high-ticket lead generation (coaching, admissions, consulting, SaaS)
• Startup experience or having built marketing systems from scratch
