Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketer, located in Bengaluru. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, generating leads, and performing web analytics. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that maximize online presence and drive engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development:

  • Plan and implement digital marketing strategies using various digital media to achieve hotel marketing goals.

  • Online Reputation Management:

  • Monitor and enhance the hotel's online reputation across review sites and social media platforms.

  • Content & SEO:

  • Develop engaging content for the hotel's website and blog, and apply SEO best practices to increase organic website traffic.

  • Paid Advertising:

  • Create and manage paid campaigns on social media and search engines, focusing on performance marketing.

  • Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow active social media communities, build brand visibility, and engage with potential guests.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and provide data-driven insights to optimize strategies and report on progress to management.

  • Campaign Execution:

  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, promotions, and brand campaigns.

  • Collaboration:

  • Work with internal teams, such as content, sales, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

  • Market Research:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on the travel and hospitality industries.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, content management systems, and performance analytics tools.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Industry Knowledge:

  • A strong understanding of the hospitality industry, customer journey, and travel trends.
