Digital Lead Vertical Lead

As a Digital Lead Vertical Lead at Jajabor, your role will involve building, scaling, and driving the Digital Practice. You will be responsible for setting up or growing a digital business unit and leveraging your expertise across digital strategy, client servicing, business growth, and team leadership. This leadership position offers you the opportunity to take full ownership of digital revenue, delivery quality, capability development, and team growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a growth roadmap for the Digital vertical in alignment with organizational goals. - Identify and convert new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and participation in pitches. - Create cross-selling opportunities with PR teams to provide integrated PR + Digital solutions to clients. - Own the digital delivery charter, ensuring strong strategy, performance, timelines, and client satisfaction. - Engage in key client discussions to understand business objectives and translate them into digital mandates. - Oversee planning and execution across various areas including social media strategy & content, digital & performance marketing, influencer & creator collaborations, and analytics, insights & reporting. - Build, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary digital team encompassing content, community, creators, paid media, etc. - Introduce frameworks, SOPs, and best practices for digital delivery and reporting. - Facilitate learning, upskilling, and innovation across the vertical. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in scaling or leading a digital vertical/unit/practice, preferably within a PR or digital agency ecosystem. - Deep understanding of client servicing, strategic planning, and digital performance metrics. - Demonstrated success in business growth, pitching, and revenue contribution. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to build teams and foster a high-performance work culture. - Experience working with mid to large brands across various sectors. Good-to-Have: - Experience in delivering integrated PR + Digital communication solutions. - Strong network of creators, influencer platforms, media partners, and digital vendors. - Understanding of AI-based content or Martech tools for reporting and insights.
