Role Overview

Digital Growth & Media Specialist

Key Responsibility

Creative & Content

• Create high-quality video content for ads, reels, shorts, and product demos
• Design social media posts, ad creatives, banners, and landing visuals
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets

Paid Advertising

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Manage ad creatives, targeting, budgets, and performance tracking
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copies, and audiences to improve ROI

Social Media Marketing

• Manage and grow TenseAi’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms
• Create and schedule content aligned with product launches and campaigns
• Analyze engagement, reach, and follower growth metrics

Growth & Analytics

• Track performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics dashboards
• Generate insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with sales and automation teams to align marketing with lead flow
  

Required Skill & Experience

• 1 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles
• Strong skills in video editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Figma, Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Understanding of funnels, lead generation, and performance marketing
• Good sense of design, storytelling, and marketing psychology
  

Good to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or AI products
• Basic copywriting and ad scripting skills
• Familiarity with automation tools or AI-driven workflows
