About the Role:

Digital Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design static for social media posts, digital campaigns, news stories, and video thumbnails.
• Collaborate with editorial, video, and social media teams to create engaging visual content for breaking news, daily updates, and special features.
• Create templates for recurring digital content (e.g., headlines, live coverage, breaking news banners).
• Maintain consistency with the brand’s visual language across all digital platforms.
• Adapt designs quickly to meet tight deadlines, especially during live news coverage.
• Stay updated with digital trends, audience preferences, and platform best practices.
• Optimize graphics for performance across web and mobile platforms.
• Wireframing and Prototyping, create wireframes and interactive prototypes and high fidelity mock-ups using tool like Figma and Adobe XD
• Visual and interaction design, develop essentially UI design while ensuring seamless user interface
• Collaboration working closely with developers, product managers to align the design requirements

Requirements:

• Work Experience – 6 years to 12 years
• Adobe Creative Suite (Expert level): Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
• Figma or Adobe XD: For UI/UX mockups, design systems, and collaborative projects.
• Canva Pro: Quick-turnaround content and templates for social media.
• Knowledge of Digital Publishing Tools: CMS platforms
• Understanding of File Optimization: For web, app, and social (e.g., SVGs, GIFs, MP4, PNG/JPG sizing).
• Bonus Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, Java Script, Lottie animations, 3D tools like Blender.
• Expectational Skills in Visual UI/UX and interactive design demonstrate by a standard portfolio, showcasing your best work.
• Strong foundational knowledge of design principles including typography, Layout, Balance.
• Strong proficiency with Figma including Auto layout, component and variants and design system.

**We are looking for immediate joiners who are comfortable working from our office in Sector 158, Noida, and can commute to the location regularly.
