The Opportunity: Your Gateway into the World of Digital Agency Operations

We are looking for an energetic and reliable intern to join our Asia-based operations team.

You do not need prior experience in digital agencies. What you do need is attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a passion for understanding how projects flow in a professional setting

You will be mentored directly by our experienced team members, learning from the ground up how to maintain high-quality standards, manage data accurately, and support creative and operational workflows.

What You'll Do:

• Accurately enter, review, and maintain data across project tools and systems.
• Work with latest AI-powered tools for generating content across several channels from web, social media, editorial platforms etc.
• Perform quality assurance checks on content, platforms, and deliverables.
• Identify and report inconsistencies or missing information.
• Support team documentation and internal coordination.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure quality standards are consistently met.

Who We're Looking For:

• Extremely detail-oriented and reliable.
• Comfortable performing repetitive or process-based tasks with focus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Curious about how digital agencies function and eager to learn.
• Basic familiarity with tools like Wordpress, Google workspace tools, or similar platforms is a plus.
• A smart, adaptable, and collaborative individual who can quickly start contributing to projects.
