Role Description

• Create engaging and trending content (videos, reels, posts) tailored for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
• Use AI tools and video editing platforms like Canva, InShot, or others to design and enhance content for maximum engagement.
• Identify and capitalize on trending topics, challenges, or memes to create viral content.
• Plan and schedule content in advance to ensure consistent posting and brand visibility.
• Grow social media channels by increasing followers, likes, shares, and comments.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and creating interactive content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms to create content that resonates with the audience.
• Adapt quickly to changes in platform algorithms and audience preferences.
• Work with the marketing or creative team to align content with brand goals.
• Manage and track content performance using analytics tools to improve content strategy.
• Quick to learn and apply new content creation tools, trends, and techniques.
• Ability to adapt content to different platforms and audience types for maximum reach.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Content Creation, Content Strategy, and Writing
• Skills in Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Multimedia Content Production
• Experience with SEO, Social Media Strategy, and Digital Marketing
• Strong Research, Proofreading, and Editing abilities
• Knowledge of tools and platforms used in digital content creation, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software
• Tools for content enhancement & optimization
• Video Editing & Graphic DesignFamiliarity with AI
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field
• Familiarity with trends in digital learning, online education, and the creator economy is a plus
